Dear Parents/carers,

Today at 5:50pm NSW Health released a Stay-at-home Order introducing new restrictions for the Byron Shire, Richmond Valley, Lismore and Ballina Shire Local Government Areas, effective from 6pm today until 12.01am Tuesday 17 August.

In line with advice laid out by the NSW Department of Education, ‘Parents and carers must keep children - across primary and secondary school - at home, unless they need to be at school’, the College will be closed until 17th August for all students apart from those children of essential workers.

We ask that all parents and carers check their inbox (please also check your junk mail) for more information about the transition to our online learning delivery. During this time, the College requests that all students who attend school wear a mask inside and outside, and follow the Covid Safe guidelines outlined on the NSW Health website. 

More information will be communicated regarding the HSC soon. As always, the health and safety of our students, staff and community are our highest priority and the College thanks you for your patience and understanding during this time.
